From our caring, welcoming staff to our bright, open, and joy-filled atmosphere, OS sends a positive message to clients, parents, and communities alike — we care about what we do here. And, this feeling is perpetuated by our clients and staff.

This caring attitude guides us as we recognize that clients, parents and communities all have certain needs and expectations from their relationship with OS.

We feel it is important to address those needs from the start, ensuring everyone involved that OS is dedicated to serving their best interests.

Clients can expect to:

• Receive help in obtaining employment, including: locating and applying for a job, getting work references, practicing interviewing, training and ongoing job coaching.

Parents and caregivers can expect that:

• Experiences for those with disabilities are similar to those of their non-disabled peers.
• Training is provided on-site.
• Training is respectful of the individual's specific capabilities.
• Each individual is shown respect and treated with courtesy while in a safe environment.

OS has been in business for more than 35 years. We are licensed to develop and provide support for both people who wish to work in the community as well as those who do not wish to work. We hold a three-year accreditation by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), which means that we meet national standards for providing community employment services.
