Anoka County (MN)

Since 1991 Opportunity Services has offered services to clients living in or near Anoka County. Opportunity Services has two different offices and offers four different services to choose from. Our offices are located in Blaine and Coon Rapids, offering clients a choice as to which location will work better for them.  

Opportunity Services currently serves approximately 110 people in one of the following four service units:

• Independent Services
• Community Work Program
• Community Living Program
• Enhanced Services

Community Living Program

Day Training and Habilitation
 
Staff Ratios:
1:4 Enhanced
Additional staff person is used for community activities
Range of motion is provided to consumers
 
Service Description:
Six (6) hours per day, 250 service days per year
 
Styles:
Discovery process for community activities
Daily functional activities with partial participation

Transportation:
Fixed route within Anoka County boundaries to and from service site morning and afternoon.
