Scattered Site Work Teams

Scattered Site Work Teams are an option for those interested in independent employment, but are not comfortable working without access to a job coach throughout the workday:

• Obtain skills and confidence to transition to independent services once work skills and job comfort are achieved.

In this program, Opportunity Services provides the following:

• A job coach who provides training to 10-12 clients working at their own individual jobs.
• Jobs located in close proximity to each other.
• Personal coaching, training and assistance from a job coach.
