Extended Employment

There are two Extended Employment programs:

Work Team

As part of a Work Team, you are a part of an organized group, working together with others to get a job done.

• On-site job training and support.
• Income is based on your contribution to the team and to the employer.
• Each site offers a variety of settings in which their teams work.

In this program, OS provides the following:

• Job search.
• Training with a job coach.
• Continued support.

Independent Employment— A Job of Your Own

If you would like to work independently and have a job of your own, this is the right service for you.

OS helps with:

• Finding the job of your choice.
• Helping you through the application and interview process
• On-the-job training.
• Providing on-going support.
